No bread, rice or pasta for two days and four pound dropped off, down to 17 stone amazing...
Ran the set maf run yesterday 12 min walk 15 min run 12 min walk went easy...Will follow it for 2 weeks about 8 runs, then increase it to active setting which will increase the run bit to 30 min...

MAF Running
So over weight, been running a few km a week, but eating like a pig time to stop!!
Always wanted to get fit, had periods when I nearly grasped it espeically around 1999, I’m 51 now but I remember around 1999 I was ran for a year wow clothes even fitted,,then in 2000 i started again it lasted a few month, even had popular thread on runners world forum to inspire me and others, but same result always gave up and lost more ground each time..
Now 2016 and 17.5 stone had enough going to follow MAF running program and diet..Starts with a two week test, basically no bread,potato or rice no obvious stuff either I.E sweets or things in wrappers :-p..
The run is 12 min walk then 15 min run then 12 min cool down...
Starts tomorrow :-)
